Greenwich Village has long been a subject of works of art, and a center of the art world. Submit your artwork that focuses on the diverse and unique character of Greenwich Village, NoHo, the East Village, or the Meatpacking District. Our neighborhoods' nightlife, architecture, charm, parks, people, activities and more can all serve as inspiration!
Submissions will be selected by the Salmagundi Arts Committee and the awards will be judged by a panel including Village Preservation Executive Director Andrew Berman and Robert Pillsbury.
Submissions will be on exhibit and open to the public for viewing at the Salmagundi Arts Club from Monday, October 7th through Friday, October 25th, 2019, with a reception on October 16th. Prizes will be awarded for the top six submissions of up to $1,000.
